I've noticed everyone being much more responsive and helpful in the company Slack channel.

It's because of the new plugin module I installed.

There's a "vote" control next to everyone's name in chat. If anyone gets over 50% of the votes, they are immediately fired.

Excellent. Fear will keep them in line.
